hey if they had a negative category it would be on the far end of the scale almost maxed. get this cheating pos off the codecs forum before you lose the rest of us faithful users to more bugs like what this guys got
to my fellow unsers.. i warn you to NOT download this file..you'll screw up your system forcing a rebuild
while i don't have that problem and can do it myself ..not all of us can
so thinking on thew lines of those poor unsuspecting people out there who get hit with this nasty its like a slap in the face with a mittful of sick oozy watery REALLY smelly Cow S**T that takes FOREVER to wash off the stench nvm the crap
see the pic guys?.. and do something you codec mods.PLEASE!!!

the software has TROJAN AND NOT SPYWARE so people dont download it or install it at all. it should be removed from the website period.

well i have a solution too the windows movie maker problem.. first of all download ffdshow video decoder from free-codecs.com.. then after downloading it
step 1
open windows movie maker
step 2
go on tools > options >compatibility
step 3
check on the ffdshow video decorder.. nd VOILA .. u can now edit AVI videos..

this method was found by me i havnt copied from some where.. i was so pissed awf that i tried to search the whole windows movie maker.. nd i got this ..=D ENJOY..(Thats what im doin after i have my avi files which are gettin edited..=D)

Installed it, believing the reviews. Nothing. Doesn't work. Downloaded both and nothing. But, I did get the spyware... makes the sting worse.

Downloaded this, scanned it and said no viruses.. thought 'great' double clicked to install.. virus alert came up VirtualDNS.dll was quarantined.

im using sopcast streaming, i had sound but no visuals.

I downloaded this but i still my streams have sound but no picture.

We were able to import video (AVI format) to a Windows Movie Maker before after installing AVI Codec Pack. But lately we've been getting the message shown below and no matter how many times we download AVI Codec Pack again, it wouldn't work. Could someone please help? Does anyone else have this problem? Thanks in advance!!!!

The file C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Desktop\naruto episode 84.avi cannot be imported because the codec required to play the file is not installed on your computer. If you have already tried to download and install the codec, close and restart Windows Movie Maker, and then try to import the file again.

Fantastic!! This finally worked after trying to get an AVI file playing. I had the classic "Sound-no picture" problem.

Having trouble with an AVI, downloaded and installed this pack, so happy to see thumb of avi file for first time, but when played the first frame is all that showed, close but no cigar and more importantly no video.
